Adult Ministries
Trinity offers many opportunities for adults to learn and grow in Christ, as well as to enjoy fellowship with other Christians. Listed below are a few of our Adult Ministiries:
Men's Ministry
Our Men's Ministry gives men an opportunity to share, pray, study and learn while doing a little "male bonding". Grow and mature in Christ with us at the Men's Ministry meetings and special events! Contact 610-779-4030 for more information.
Women's Ministry
Have fun, fellowship, food and education with other women of the church! The Women's Ministry sponsors a variety of meetings, special events, and retreats for women throughout the year.
Prayer Ministry
The strength and power of the church is released through its Prayer Ministry. We ask God to pour out his spirit and provide direction through our prayer requests. The Prayer Ministry meets for Early Prayers at 6 AM every Wednesday and Friday morning, and for Pre-Service Prayers at 8:00 AM on Sundays. Our Prayer Chain centers on needs of members and friends. The Prayer Ministry team gathers regularly for intercessory prayer and planning on the first Tuesday of each month.
A Joyful Noise
If you sing, play an instrument, and like to share the Gospel, "A Joyful Noise" is the place for you! This group of talented people from Trinity and other area churches brings God's Word through music to those in nursing homes and in other facilities.
In His Name Ministry
Our food pantry, located at 705 Friedensburg Road provides food assistance to residents of the East Reading area. The pantry is open the first Thursday night of each month from 6:30 - 8:30PM. In His Name is always looking for volunteers to unload and store groceries one Wednesday afternoon per month, or to sort and box groceries for clients one night a month. Volunteers are also needed to serve clients on the nights when the pantry is open. Contact the director, Diane Carter, at the church office (610-779-4030) to volunteer.
